First decisionmaking: whom to invite to quote? Opcio has plenty of well-tested manufacturing partners on each technological fields. Before selecting which of them to invite to quote the due item, we examine the following questions:
– main parameters of unit (material, weight, tolerance data, surface quality, quantity etc)
– “potentially best fitting technologies;”
– “best if more than 1 independent technology operations are needed, so we can organize separate competitions;”

A bloody enough action, as by its end-result most of the quoters will not win, obviously…And it is to be done immediately, not to loose time in quoting to our Customer.
